How to prepare an enema collection:

4. Add rice, mung bean, salt to the cauldron and mix the contents thoroughly.
5. Pour in water, bring the dish to a boil and let simmer for at least 5 minutes.
6. Reduce heat, add tomatoes cut into four parts.
7. Cook over low heat for another half hour.
8. Remove from heat, add herbs, cover tightly and let steep for another 10 - 15 minutes.
9. Before serving, mix the khichri thoroughly and season with lemon juice.

You need to know this! You should not fast during the period of Panchakarma; therefore, you can eat as much khichri as your body requires.
