For myth, according to A. Losev, is the highest reality.

Thus, a name, belonging to the solar or lunar paradigm, does not simply involve its bearer in one or another mythological plot, but, based on the meanings of this plot, generates the basic attitudes of a person’s worldview, determines his motivation and actions.

The names of the solar paradigm contain a collapsed solar myth. They are characterized by all the manifestations of the solar cult indicated above. In short, solar paradigm names have the following characteristics:
- belonging to the world of the Father (patriarchy);
- the predominance of the masculine, creative, bright, immortal principle;
- service to law, order, truth;
- solar heroism, based on strict adherence to the code of the warrior;
- obligatory initiatory overcoming of darkness.

However, one important remark must be made here. Durant's idea, as was done above, can be correlated with the division into solar and lunar names, but with certain reservations. The solar and lunar paradigm does not correspond one hundred percent to Durand’s concept, as we know it as presented by A. Dugin. But analogies between them can help us better understand the nature of the names of the Sun and the Moon.

One of these analogies allows us to make a very important assumption that the solar paradigm and its names, as well as the Diurn regime, are associated with musculinity. We are not talking about the male sex in the physiological sense, but about masculinity as a special psychological, social, cultural type that embodies the idea of ​​the solar principle. The lunar cult, as well as the nocturne regime, forms a matriarchal structure, where the feminine-maternal type predominates, which J. Durand calls feminoid.

These images are not directly related to real anatomy. Musculinity and femininity are associated with a special kind of gender. This is a mythological or psychological gender. So the usual everyday lexical division into “male” and “female” names is invalid here. Only the archetypal scenario, presented in the form of a figurative-alphabetic name cipher, has meaning. Therefore, the owner of a “male” (in the usual sense) name will not necessarily be a representative of the solar paradigm, but a “female” lunar one. Physiological sex does not determine membership in the Solar or Lunar cult, and musculinoid or feminoid is not a physiological characteristic. In addition, it allows us to better relate the ideas of the solar-lunar paradigm and structural sociology. Thus, in the interpretation of the latter by A. Dugin, masculine and feminine cannot enter into harmonious fruitful relationships, since they exist in diametrically opposed modes. However, this becomes possible if we take into account that in the solar territory (according to Durand, purely masculine), women with solar names (solar maidens) can exist, and in the lunar (according to Durand, purely feminine) there can be men with lunar names (lunar men). In this case, our typology, based on knowledge of the mythological field and the law of the existence of two paradigms, gives us the key to the most important thing - relationships.

The relationships between the subjects around us who bear names and those meanings that are realized in each specific name determine our reality. And we are surrounded, as we already know, for the most part by either solar or lunar names. In this regard, the relationship between representatives of the solar and lunar paradigms becomes of great importance.

The peculiarities of the relationship between the Sun and the Moon are again clearly illustrated by myth. In traditional cultures of different peoples, they can act as a husband and wife, brother and sister, etc. But in all its diversity, the main plot is clearly visible, which consists of the confrontation between two luminaries. Often, the lunar deity seeks to absorb the solar deity.

This plot is most colorfully revealed in the image of a siren (compare with the Greek lunar goddess Selene) - a beautiful and alluring woman who lures the traveler into her arms, in which he loses his will and reason. In the same way, the Zoroastrian moon-faced Mach, with her songs, makes the Sun sink into the depths of the ocean, after which night comes. All this is just an interpretation of the archetypal myth common to all peoples about the moon goddess luring the sun god into her arms.

Exactly the same thing happens in the lives of real people. Thus, in the practice of the “Name Studio” there was a case when a woman, whose family name (surname) was inscribed in the solar paradigm, married a man with a lunar family name. After marriage, extremely negative changes began in her life. This is not so, as evidenced by the corpus of myths where the Sun and Moon are spouses. But the fact is that even in this status they cannot be together all the time. Their marriage is identified with the full moon, the period when the moon fully reflects the sunlight. Even “great love” is unable to change this order. This is told in the beautiful legend of Psyche and Eros, where the Moon (Psyche) briefly enjoys the company of her divine lover (Eros). Under the influence of her own nature (in myth, these are her treacherous sisters), she loses him and finds him in heaven only after she goes through difficult trials (passes through the phases of a flawed and dark moon). Often, spouses whose names belong to different paradigms, experiencing serious problems, solve them by having children. They either meet for a while and then go their separate ways, or one of them must sacrifice themselves. As a rule, the solar husband is not capable of this, just like the lunar maiden. The mother-in-law comes to her home, hangs out her towels, plants and digs up trees at her own discretion, brings some fragrant fertilizers, in general everything is “just the way I like it.” You can’t leave a child with her, there’s no trust, because she’s “wonderful” - she can leave a five-year-old child alone at home while she goes off on business, I haven’t heard about hygiene: her hands and nails are always black, she doesn’t wash her hands after using the toilet, all the dishes are done after it in greasy and sticky spots. This is so disgusting girls!

According to the first one, I tried to build a respectful relationship: I invited her into the house, set the table, gave me expensive wine, but in the conversation I heard that the cutlets were a bit dry and that I was still a bitch!
