Hello, I’m asking for help, I don’t know what to do anymore. At the beginning of September 2015, it turned out that I had to work directly opposite the base station of cellular operators, that is, right opposite the cellular antennas, right a step away from them, on a high roof, powerful high-voltage cellular antennas. Until this moment, everything was fine with my health. I worked there for half a day, together with my partner. They warned that their electromagnetic radiation was harmful, but since everything was in order, they did not attach much importance. And in the evening after work, I felt unwell, my head was cloudy, my legs began to twist. The next day nothing went away, weakness appeared throughout the body, soon the pressure began to jump towards high levels, a constant state of weakness, cloudiness in the head, and a constant feeling that things could get really bad appeared. I went to a cardiologist, did an ECHO of the heart and an ultrasound of the vessels of the neck, the tests were excellent, he prescribed Verogalid to drink for a month and was referred to a neurologist. There I donated blood and urine, and blood for thyroid hormones, the tests were also excellent, the neurologist prescribed Phenotropil and Grandaxin, I drank it for two or three weeks, there were also no changes. Pressure surges and constantly feeling unwell, a terrible state, very unhealthy, I cannot completely describe it in words. I myself lead a healthy lifestyle, working out in the gym, horizontal bars, running. From the moment this all happened, I gave up training, since it was very difficult to exercise with such a condition, and then at the end of September I went for a run, jogged a little, the running was very difficult, not as usual. And in the evening I didn’t feel bad. The next day I ran some more and my condition was restored, I began to feel great, almost as usual. This lasted a week. A week later, I woke up in the morning and again felt this condition, I began to feel bad again, I had a heavy, cloudy head, some strange and incomprehensible pains appeared in my arms and legs. And I forgot to say that when this started in early September, I went on vacation. Here. Again this condition lasted for two weeks until I returned to work. On the very first day I went to work, I worked physically and by the end of the day I began to feel good. And I felt great for one week, until after work I went to training and foolishly pulled the barbell. That is, I took a break from training for a month and a half, and I took the weight that I usually did. I did the deadlift exercise, 80kg. And immediately after it, I felt bad again. At first my head started to go, I became like I was drunk. I cursed everything then, I wouldn’t have pulled it then, I would have let my body recover and probably everything would have been fine. I have been training for three years almost continuously, so for your information. I've never experienced anything like this from training. After training I always felt cheerful and in a great mood. So, after this exercise I felt bad again and it continues to this day. No longer running, no training, nothing helps. I would like to note that poor health is CONSTANT from morning until evening, sometimes it can fluctuate BETTER or WORSE. But I haven’t felt completely healthy for a very long time. I'm very tired of this. I am 25 years old. I understand perfectly well that some kind of malfunction occurred in my body from this electromagnetic radiation, and I want to note that this is not psychological, it’s not something I came up with for myself, it’s purely physical, a terrible feeling, permanent. It’s impossible to relax, I can’t go anywhere normally because I don’t feel well and I can always suddenly feel bad and my blood pressure drop. I did a fundus examination, the result was PERFECT. I did an X-ray of the neck with functional tests, also nothing special, osteochondrosis only in my opinion. I forgot to say, the neurologist also prescribed Phenibut and Bilobil forte, I also drank everything and to no avail. I did an MRI of the brain with blood vessels in December, and first went with it again to a neurologist, there she also didn’t see anything that could cause such a condition, she sent this MRI to a good neurosurgeon, the neurosurgeon looked and also said that there was nothing wrong no, there is only external hydrocephalus, he also had an MRI from 2008 with him, he compared them and everything was unchanged in 2008, everything was the same, that is, there is nothing that could cause such a condition. I prescribed Mildronate and took it for two weeks, to no avail. The doctors open their mouths and no one can understand what’s wrong with me. I’m terribly tired of this, as a result, I’ve been suffering with this condition for 6 months now, I don’t have any strength anymore, I want to emphasize once again that this feeling of well-being is absolutely CONSTANT, I’ve already forgotten what it’s like to feel healthy, what a healthy state is. I’m just asking for advice, maybe I should take some other tests? Is it possible to somehow diagnose all the blood vessels and arteries in the neck? And at the base of the brain? Well, where does this reason sit, which gives such a feeling of well-being, where does it exist. Which needs to be removed and everything will be fine. Please tell me what else can be done. By the way, the partner I worked with, everything is fine with him. Apparently this is a feature of my body, apparently this electromagnetic radiation influenced me in this way. But it became good twice in these six months, and it was after the deadlift that it became bad and to this day nothing has changed, maybe somewhere something was damaged from overexertion when the body was not fully restored? Just advise how else you can explore, what to explore, I myself think there might be something in my neck. Oh, and on the x-ray of my neck they wrote down Kimmerly’s Anomaly, but I was diagnosed with that a long time ago, too, that is, it was always there. In general, here it is. I ask for advice, otherwise I don’t have any strength anymore, I don’t have much money to go for full examinations. Recently I went to an endocrinologist and did an ultrasound of the thyroid gland and donated blood again for thyroid hormones to rule out an endocrinological cause, took tests, everything was normal. A neurologist in an online consultation said that this is a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system and advised me to drink Ademethionine (Heptral) and Citrulline malate (Stimol) for a month, I’ve been drinking it for two weeks now, still no change, they are very expensive, I think there’s no point in taking it further . In general, here it is. Thank you.

Good afternoon (evening). The fact is that I constantly experience the following conditions: in the morning, as soon as I get out of bed, I begin to feel nauseous, feel dizzy, my head becomes wobbly, my stomach “sucks,” and it hurts. This makes me feel like I'm about to lose consciousness. Often my vision darkened and I felt dizzy, I felt nauseous, I had to sit down and wait it out. In childhood and adolescence, I fainted 3 times with such symptoms (on the street, on the bus, at the market). Now I'm afraid I'll faint. During the day, my head and neck also hurt, I also feel nauseous, my eyes hurt, my gait is unsteady (it sways like I’m walking through a swamp), and sometimes I feel sideways and have short-term severe dizziness. Weakness sets in when there seems to be no energy at all, it has been sucked out. The heart often hurts, arms and legs go numb, goosebumps run in the limbs, there are cramps in the toes and where the arch of the foot is. Sometimes I induce vomiting to relieve nausea, bile comes out often. Just as often my bones ache as if I had a cold, but I don’t have a cold, and in general there is such a cold condition as if I’m going to get sick soon, but I don’t get sick. And it becomes so bad during the day very often under various circumstances, at home, at work, on the street, and everywhere. I work at the computer, get enough sleep (7 hours of sleep), my sleep is good, sometimes I can wake up at night, but immediately fall asleep. I eat well, I’m not on a diet, and with a height of 165, I weigh 50 kg. No matter how hard you try, it doesn’t gain any more. I don’t walk outside much, I don’t have time, but I try to breathe oxygen for at least 20 minutes a day. Sometimes I do exercises, but not regularly. I react very much to changes in weather, I’m constantly freezing, it’s 2 degrees outside, and I’m freezing like it’s 20 degrees. Sometimes the pressure still fluctuates, but mostly it is low. Among the diseases they found were cervical and thoracic osteochondrosis, even with the vertebrae there was something wrong there, prehernia. Hemoglobin was also low for a long time, but has now risen after treatment. There is also chronic tonsillitis. As a woman, there are problems, but they are small. I also have GERD, irritable bowel syndrome. I underwent many examinations, blood, and urine, and ultrasound of the gastrointestinal tract, and ultrasound of the heart, and MRI of the head, neck, thoracic region, ultrasound of the thyroid gland. I saw a therapist, a neurologist, an endocrinologist, and a gastroenterologist. All the numbers in the tests are within the normal range, the ultrasound is also normal, the heart is healthy, the thyroid gland is good. Doctors constantly say that this is VSD. that there is no way to treat it except with a healthy lifestyle and nutrition, but I already lead a healthy lifestyle, eat a varied diet. I’m already afraid that I’ll get out of bed now, it will be bad, how to go to work, how to live the day in this state. I don’t go out anywhere anymore because I always feel sick. I’m thinking about what other examinations to undergo. Tell me, what does it look like? Is this really VSD? Well, she can’t torture like that. What other examinations should I undergo, where can I look for the cause of this condition? My life, I feel, will soon be completely subject to this state. I do not know what to do. Please advise.

Kind. Well, no one knows what VSD is; it is a mysterious disease that affects exclusively residents of the post-Soviet space. Therefore, you can immediately forget about this “diagnosis”. This is the first. Second. What you describe may be psychosomatic symptoms. You mentioned GERD and irritable bowel syndrome, these are “classical” psychosomatic disorders of our day, so to speak. Therefore, you should look for the causes of disorders and your symptoms in your emotional life, and not in the laboratories of clinics and hospitals, where you most likely will not find anything and will not learn anything new about yourself. If you are asking questions to a psychiatrist, then it means that you yourself have already thought about something like this. Is not it?

Thank you very much for the answer. Yes, I assumed, I read Kurpatov’s book, albeit in passing. and recently I watched a popular program about health, broadcast in the morning, where a girl came to a consultation of doctors with exactly the same symptoms. And they unanimously advised her to see a psychotherapist. So I decided to consult. The fact is that we have one psychiatrist, but he is a sharp, stern man, according to reviews from relatives and friends. He immediately prescribes pills without really listening to anything. He never stays in his office for more than 5 minutes. That's why I haven't gone in person yet. Tell me, is it possible to completely get rid of this condition? I understand that this is not easy, but still? And what is this even then? Is that what they call a psychosomatic disorder?

You never know exactly who “you have” :) Psychotherapists do not sit in clinics, they are always private practitioners. Look for one in the nearest major city. Psychotherapists often have their own “diagnoses” and what they will call your situation depends on the school to which they belong. Believe me, this is absolutely not important to you :) It is important to tune in to the work and understand that it will take years, not to wait for “instant healing”.

Thank you very much again, it means this is not somatics after all. Well, yes, all examinations are normal, thank God there is nothing serious. Although this thing also significantly worsens life, maybe even more than the disease. Although, of course, both of them are not God’s help. Sorry that I'm distracting you so much with myself, but can I ask you one more thing? Doesn't this sound like some kind of mental illness? I am adequate, I don’t scream, I don’t get irritated, I don’t have terrible thoughts, but these symptoms are endless and every time there’s something new, around the clock. I’m very afraid of something like psychosis or schizophrenia, I’m afraid of suddenly going crazy and not understanding it, of causing harm to my family. You'll watch enough TV when children are suddenly killed by their fathers, even though they were normal, friends kill friends. Or is it all the fears of my neurotic nature?

Loss of strength and weakness are one of the most common conditions experienced by modern people. Their occurrence depends on many psychological and physiological factors. As a rule, patients describe weakness and apathy in accordance with the individual characteristics of their body.

For some, weakness is the personification of fatigue, while for others, this concept symbolizes a lack of energy, loss of attention, absent-mindedness and possible dizziness.

Causes

Weakness is an extremely common symptom that accompanies most diseases. It is possible to establish the exact cause of the pathology through research and analysis.

The mechanism of occurrence and features are determined by the cause against which the development of this symptom occurred. Fatigue can occur as a result of physical, nervous or emotional stress, as well as in the case of acute and chronic diseases. In the first case, the pathology can disappear on its own without consequences for the body - just rest and good sleep will be enough.

Other causes of weakness

Symptoms

Quite often, people are not clear about the reason for their poor health. This is due to the fact that weakness is accompanied by a decline in nervous and physical strength, which, as a rule, causes a loss of interest in life and apathy.

Weakness caused by an infectious disease occurs quickly. Its increase is directly proportional to the development of infection and manifests itself against the background of general intoxication of the body.

“Nothing hurts, but I feel bad“This state is familiar to everyone. Weakness in a healthy person can manifest itself as a result of severe nervous and physical stress. As a rule, in this case, all symptoms of weakness appear gradually and are expressed by absent-mindedness, loss of concentration, fatigue and loss of interest in the world around us.

The course of the disease is similar to that caused by strict diets or fasting. Along with this symptom, external signs of vitamin deficiency in the body also appear:

  • hair loss;
  • dizziness;
  • increased fragility of hair and nails;
  • pale skin.

Treatment

Treatment of signs of fatigue should be based on eliminating the factors that contribute to its development.

A person feels unwell and is exhausted during the course of infectious diseases, since the root cause is an infectious agent. In this case, it is necessary to use drug therapy, which is supported by measures that help strengthen the immune system.

Chronic fatigue

Chronic fatigue is a completely understandable protective reaction of the body to regular (constant) overload. It is worth considering that they do not have to be physical at all. Emotional stress can deplete the body not less. Chronic fatigue can be compared to a stop valve that prevents the body from reaching a state of complete exhaustion.

A number of chemical elements in our body are responsible for our mood and amount of energy. Let's list the most important among them:

  • vitamins C, D, B1, B6: their acute deficiency contributes to a decrease in immunity, problems with mood, memory and attention;
  • iodine: a deficiency of this chemical leads to disruptions in the activity of the thyroid gland, which is responsible for the production of hormones in the body;
  • iron leads to a feeling of weakness, chilliness and lethargy;
  • serotonin is a neurotransmitter, the deficiency of which leads to disharmony with the outside world.

In most cases, this disease affects residents of large cities, people holding high positions with extremely stressful and responsible work, living in an environmentally unfavorable area, experiencing constant stress and malnutrition.

Based on all of the above, one can understand why chronic fatigue has already reached epidemic proportions in developed countries. According to statistics in Western Europe, Canada, Australia and the USA chronic fatigue syndrome disease rate varies from 10 to 40 cases per 100 thousand population.

Chronic fatigue syndrome

Weakness is a natural reaction of the body to mental and physical stress. Chronic fatigue syndrome can develop in any person, although it is more common in women.

This condition is accompanied by severe depletion of the body's vital energy resources. Weakness in this case develops as emotional and physical overload increases. Further, chronic weakness and loss of strength begin to be accompanied by additional symptoms:

  • absent-mindedness;
  • loss of concentration;
  • dizziness;
  • complete/partial loss of appetite;
  • irritability;
  • drowsiness.

The reasons for the development of pathology are the following factors:

  1. Situation;
  2. Viral infections;
  3. Emotional stress;
  4. Overwork;
  5. Chronic lack of sleep.

Treatment

The main principle of treating chronic fatigue is an integrated approach. One of the important conditions is maintaining constant contact between the patient and the attending physician and a protective regime.

Today, CFS is treated using various methods of cleansing the body, medications are administered that ensure normalization of the central nervous system, as well as restoration of the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract system, immune system and endocrine. Among other things, psychological rehabilitation plays an extremely important role in solving this problem.

The therapeutic program must include:

  • general immunocorrectors with an adaptogenic effect;
  • other auxiliary drugs, for example, antihistamines, nootropics, enterosorbents, daytime tranquilizers;
  • active methods of normalizing the psycho-emotional background, psychotherapy and autogenic training;
  • segmental or general massage with physical therapy and hydrotherapy procedures;
  • vitamin therapy with complexes of vitamins B1, B6, B12 and C;
  • unloading - dietary treatment;
  • normalization of physical activity and rest.

Using your time and energy wisely, you will be able to get more things done. To do this, it is recommended to plan your schedule a week in advance. By distributing all your tasks, you will be able to achieve noticeable progress. It is also worth paying attention to the following recommendations:

  1. Do not sleep for a long time, as long sleep increases symptoms;
  2. Get as much rest as possible;
  3. Eat small meals regularly;
  4. Eliminate from your diet foods and drinks that cause a negative reaction in the body;
  5. Avoid consuming sweeteners, sugar, caffeine and alcohol;
  6. Try to avoid stressful situations.

Attention, TODAY only!

The modern world is rapidly progressing and the emotional and physical stress on people increases every day. It seems that a person is absolutely healthy, but there are days when he wakes up in the morning and feels tired, weak, lost energy and apathetic towards the entire environment.

The first thought that comes to mind is: “I’m sick” and I have to go to the doctor. There you will be prescribed various tests and a full course of examination. Having completed all this, you are given a diagnosis - healthy, but how can this be, because in the morning you still do not have enough strength.

What is the cause of poor health?

Several factors can influence a person’s health and condition at the same time. The most common is a decline in physical and mental strength. They depend on your place of work, activity, environment, your temperament, health, unhealthy lifestyle and bad habits. Weather conditions also play a big role in our well-being. Fluctuations in atmospheric pressure lead to headaches, migraines and unstable blood pressure.

Temperature and changing seasons of the weather cause depression in some people, often this happens during the cold season. At this time, we spend more time indoors and the lack of fresh air leads to fatigue and decreased immunity, and this is fraught with the occurrence of various diseases.

In summer and hot weather, the body suffers from dry air, which leads to low blood pressure and loss of energy.

What to do if you feel unwell in the morning

  • First of all, to ensure your well-being is normal, it is to follow a proper diet. You should always have a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. It should be borne in mind that at night the food should be light and not greasy. Don't forget, it is advisable to eat three hours before bedtime so as not to overload the digestive system.
  • Play sports. This could be going to the gym, sports clubs, or doing physical exercises at home. If you are too lazy to do this or don’t have time, then at least do morning exercises to restore vital energy.
  • Take a contrast shower in the morning. Start with lukewarm water, gradually turning into cold water. This method will invigorate your body for the whole day.
  • An excellent way to improve your well-being is daily walks in the forest, garden, park, river or sea. Fresh air, bird sounds, wonderful nature will lift your mood and relieve stress and depression.
  • It is important not to forget about water balance. You should drink at least 1.5 liters of water, and 2.5 liters in hot weather. Dehydration leads to fatigue, disease and aging skin. It is advisable to install air humidifiers in your house or apartment.
  • To improve your mood and well-being, you can take medicinal decoctions and teas. Melissa and mint will relieve stress and irritability. St. John's wort will help get rid of fatigue and give strength. Hawthorn and blackberry are recommended for strengthening the immune and nervous systems. Elecampane tincture perfectly relieves headaches and effectively helps in the fight against migraines.

Constantly monitor your health. Apply our simple tips, and feeling unwell in the morning will no longer bother you.

Morning sickness: serious illness or temporary ailment?

Do you often start to feel unwell in the morning? Moreover, you cannot name obvious reasons for feeling unwell. Then you definitely need to find out why nausea occurs in the morning.

Causes of morning sickness

Do not forget that morning sickness may not only be due to possible pregnancy or digestive problems. Many people are not even able to stand up normally due to discomfort in the stomach, but despite this, they try not to pay attention to their poor health. However, morning sickness can be the cause of serious illnesses that need to be treated immediately.

Toxicosis: don’t forget about it

The most common reason for feeling unwell in the morning is toxicosis in the first weeks of pregnancy. You should not be afraid of this condition, since in this way the body tries to protect the fetus developing in the womb from unwanted products. If your condition worsens, you should reconsider your diet and eat less salty, fatty and spicy foods, drink more liquids and not get carried away with strong tea and coffee. A doctor's help may only be required if you are experiencing weight loss.

However, if you are definitely not pregnant, then morning nausea may indicate the presence of serious diseases not only of the digestive system, but also of many other organs. Thus, you must definitely contact a specialist so that he can prescribe the necessary tests and be able to advise you on your problem.

Other factors leading to nausea

Let's list other reasons for feeling unwell in the morning:

  1. You may have worms in your body. After confirming the disease using special tests, the doctor will prescribe you treatment, after which you will be completely healthy.
  2. Morning sickness can be caused by gastritis, ulcers or gallbladder diseases. Other problems of the digestive system, such as poisoning, appendicitis and others, are accompanied by other symptoms (vomiting, acute pain in the lower abdomen and others). With ulcers and gastritis, there is a possibility that nausea will occur at night. After eating, the malaise intensifies and cramps appear in the abdomen. To identify these diseases, it is necessary to do a general blood test and ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. Most often, drug treatment is prescribed, which is accompanied by a strict diet.
  3. If nausea in the morning is accompanied by dizziness, and when you change your body position you begin to lose your balance, then most likely the vestibular system is beginning to fail you. In this case, you need to be examined by a neurologist.
  4. In cases where this condition is accompanied by weakness, drowsiness, and depression, you need to consult an immunologist. Then morning nausea can become a symptom of thyroid disease, namely a lack of hormones.
  5. Morning sickness can also occur due to concussions and frequent migraines. In this case, you must immediately consult a doctor and undergo an examination.

It should be noted that morning sickness is a fairly serious symptom that may indicate a violation of certain body functions. You should not self-medicate, but it is best to seek advice from a specialist.

What to do if you feel unwell and weak in the morning?

I don’t smoke (as they write here), I get tired like all women who work and run a household, but a year ago I also began to feel weak and dizzy in the morning. As it turned out later, this was due to a lack of oxygen in the body. Oxygen is supplied to all cells of the body by hemoglobin, which receives it from vitamin C. On the advice of a friend, I made this composition. Grind 0.5-0.6 kg of lemon in a meat grinder (along with the peel) and added 1 kg of sugar. I mixed it, put it in jars and put it in the refrigerator. I have been preparing the composition all these years. In the morning when I drink tea I add 1 tsp. lemon in tea (I don’t add sugar anymore). Pleasant taste and healthy. I eat the “ground” too. The condition has improved significantly. All family members, including children, enjoy drinking tea with this lemon. It's hot in the summer. We also add this composition to a glass of cold mineral water and we get delicious lemonade.

Usually, weakness and poor health in the morning speak more about morbidity, so before starting treatment, you need to find the cause of these symptoms, because it cannot happen for no reason or reason that you feel unwell.

The reasons can be very diverse, it is lack of sleep, that a sleepless night can affect poor health, so if this is the reason, you should get enough sleep, then the body will take its toll.

Another reason is low blood pressure, it is with low blood pressure that weakness can appear, and as the body’s weak tone leads to poor health, here it is necessary to normalize blood pressure and increase performance, then the symptoms that appear will disappear.

And of course, these symptoms can also indicate an illness in the thyroid gland; it is known that a lack of iodine in the body leads to poor health and weakness. If the reason is due to iodine deficiency, by the way, eat foods rich in iodine.

And also, it won’t hurt to check the functioning of the thyroid gland, because increased/decreased thyroid hormones can also provoke weakness, regardless of the time of day, if the cause is still problems with the thyroid gland, treatment on the recommendation of a doctor will not hurt.

And the last suspected reason may be due to a lack of iron in the body (anemia), here it is advisable to check hemoglobin, if this is the reason, by the way, iron-containing preparations or foods rich in iron.

To feel better in the morning, I try to maintain a sleep schedule and go to bed no later than 10 pm. Before going to bed, I try to take a walk and not eat too much, I usually drink a glass of kefir at night and it gives me satiety and is good for my health. I sleep with the vents or windows open, depending on the time of year. In the morning I try to wake up on my own, before the alarm clock (because I noticed that waking up suddenly makes me feel light-headed and dizzy). I drink a glass of water and lie down for another 10 minutes, after which I get up and go wash and have breakfast. The mood with which you woke up is also very important, I try to push away the thoughts that I don’t want to go anywhere and try to cheer myself up for a new working day. I also try to take a little walk and unwind before work. Usually it helps.

I advise you to ventilate the room before going to bed! It is natural to leave her first. It also seems that you are a smoker, and this addiction affects how you feel after sleep. Or they sat for a long time in front of the computer at night. Eye pressure may also be the main cause.

Perhaps you are hypotensive, and in the morning after changing your body position, your brain suffers from a lack of oxygen. It is recommended not to get out of bed suddenly and drink coffee.

It is necessary to measure the temperature; it may be low, but if it is normal, consult a doctor urgently. perhaps low hemoglobin, perhaps something else.

It all started in April 2009. That day I came to a shaping leg class and while doing one of the abdominal exercises, lying on my back and lifting my body, I felt as if I had been hit on the head with a hammer. Terrible dizziness, I could not get up from the floor. They called an ambulance for me. The doctors took my blood pressure – it was 180 over 100. They said that there was a hypertensive crisis. They gave me an injection and took me home. From that day it all began. With the slightest excitement or experience, my blood pressure began to rise, and the values of 140 to 90 are already critical for me, my head immediately begins to become cloudy, a pre-fainting state, terrible tachycardia, and, accordingly, the fear of death. I am very scared and frighten my loved ones with my condition. Now all these symptoms arise without any excitement, at rest: a sharp jump in pressure up to 150-160, tachycardia - 140 beats per minute, a spasm in my head - it’s dark, the condition is terrible and it seems that I’m going to die from a stroke or heart attack . In the morning my head is always unclear, only by lunchtime I can start working fully. Plus, there is very often aching pain in the heart area, sometimes it’s so painful that the whole left hand hurts to the tips of the fingers, there is a constant lack of air. This condition is simply unbearable. I am only 40 years old, but I feel like I am 80 years old. Our city is very small (3.5 thousand population), there are no good specialist doctors, so my visits to doctors do not yield any results. They refer me to various diagnostics. I repeatedly did an ecg and ultrasound of the heart - according to the results, everything is normal. Ultrasound of the thyroid gland, kidneys, and neck vessels did not reveal any significant pathologies. I had an MRI of the brain and thoracic spine. The back is a different story - it hurts so much that words cannot describe it. I practically cannot be in a horizontal position, after a night's sleep I simply slide out of bed, and only “pace” for an hour. I often feel tension in the neck and back of the head. I already concluded that I have osteochondrosis. Our neurologist doesn't even ask me about it. Diagnoses VSD. Now I have been undergoing treatment for 2 weeks - I again had a terrible attack with a surge in blood pressure, tachycardia, dizziness and a spasm in the head. (I have such severe attacks 5-6 times a year, but I experience all these sensations to a lesser extent every day). Injections: mildronate, mexidol, prescribed tablets - enalapril, bisopralol, indapamide, cinnarizine, betahistine, asparkam. The psychiatrist prescribed atarax. Now I have been discharged from sick leave, but there is no improvement. I don't know how to work. And the work is very serious - I work as a legal consultant, you need to have a clear head, but I can’t even concentrate. Constant weakness, I want to sleep, there is not enough air. Well, what's happening to me???!!! Our neurologist says I have a parasympathetic nervous system disorder. How to live with this? What to do with terrible osteochondrosis? I am in constant fear of strokes and heart attacks. I have to live and work, I have a family, and I am in constant fear for my life.
