    • In the morning it is useful to drink a glass of cold boiled water, and then a glass of cold kefir without sugar.
    • Set yourself a regular time to have a bowel movement. It is best to do this after breakfast or another meal.
    • Eat more fiber-rich foods.
    • Drink plenty of fluids - at least 8 glasses a day. This means water, juices, soup, tea and other drinks.
    • Don't take laxatives too often or for too long.
    • Do therapeutic exercises, yoga if your health allows, massage your stomach clockwise, move more.

    This recipe combines several natural ingredients and can be used in a course lasting up to 2 months: mix 250 grams of dried apricots with the same amount of prunes, add 1 tablespoon (with top) of Alexandria leaf (senna), add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed (olive or vegetable) oils and a teaspoon of natural honey. Stir all this and store in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Select the dose individually, starting with 1 tablespoon (with top) at night, if necessary, increase to 6 or more tablespoons.
